In general Company secretary normally gets a decent salary in starting stage.If we talk about Indian Industry, companies are willing to pay Rs.25000-30000 to a fresher along with several other corporate benefits.

The above written amount can increase depending on the company requirements and candidates skills.An experience of 2-3 years can raise the salary upto Rs.40000-50000.
